Pramod Joshi is an alumnus of IIT (BHU), IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore. He has split his working career between the Information Technology industry and the higher education sector, and lived and worked in countries such as France, Mexico and USA.

Asim a mechanical engineer from IIT (BHU) and an MBA from FMS (DU), Asim has 38 plus years of industry experience in the Power and Oil & Gas sectors, working for corporate giants like NTPC and Tata Power, and leading MNC Fluor Daniel.
Megha is a Certified Training Professional with extensive background in L&D activities across a tenure of 14 years. Her career encompasses working and heading L&D roles with some of the corporate giants in IT, KPO and BPO sector. (Convergys, iGATE, DXC Technology to name a few).
Salman a graduate of Delhi College of Engineering and post graduate from FMS (DU), Salman has over 30 years of industry experience, and has successfully led large operations with complete ownership of all key parameters like revenue/margin growth, cash flow, customer satisfaction, etc.
Neelam is an industry professional with extensive background in Sales and Marketing in the aviation industry, and has rich experience of dealing with top corporate clients like American Express, Cox & Kings, and Travel House, etc.
Pramod is a B Tech (EcE) from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, M Tech (EE) from IIT Kanpur and PGDM from IIM Bangalore, with the IOC Gold Medal for Best All Round Performance bestowed on him at the last named institution. More recently, he has submitted his PhD thesis to the Department of Business Economics, University of Delhi on the subject "Entrepreneurship Ecosystems in Higher Education Institutions in India".
Sudhanshu, a B.Tech from IIT (BHU) Vanarasi and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur has 25 years of Industry experience at senior levels in a wide variety of functions from technical to commercial, HR and training. He has been a part time faculty of XLRI, Jamshedpur, Tata Management Development Centre, Jamshedpur, IGNOU and Teach India Program of the Times Group.
Vishal has extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, channel management and national operations across various industries, over a span of twenty five years. He has handled sales operations in telecom, capital goods and FMCD sectors. He has spent a major part of his career with the well known Godrej group.
My name is Anugya, and I am currently working as a National Account Manager at Danone Waters of America. I am based in Toronto, and I’d like to share with you my journey of the last 16 years since I graduated, and the role that Career Plan earlier name of The Winning Mantra played in my journey. My name is Lalit Tiwari and I hail from the devbhoomi of Uttarakhand. My association with Arvind sir and Pramod sir goes back several years, when I joined the Career Plan North India Campus Centre in Delhi. I was part of the first batch of MBA aspirants there. Being a small batch, we had a close relationship not only amongst the students, but also with our two mentors, the counselor Roohee Mam and Mahi, the office boy.
