Arvind Kumar
Arvind Kumar, an alumnus of the IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore, is the promoter cum director of The Winning Mantra. He has nearly 35 years of experience in BHEL and in companies of Tata and Reliance groups at many leadership positions in the domains of business consultancy, business process improvement, training, and Human Resources Management.
He has led training function for 5 years at BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. He is an active behavioural trainer and has trained thousands of students to improve their employability. Mr. Kumar has been on the selection panels of several well-known companies and B-Schools. He has also helped many leading organizations in the improvement of their recruitment cum selection processes and a reputed B-school in the implementation of competency-based interviewing for the selection of MBA aspirants.
