My name is Anugya, and I am currently working as a National Account Manager at Danone Waters of America. I am based in Toronto, and I’d like to share with you my journey of the last 16 years since I graduated, and the role that Career Plan earlier name of The Winning Mantra played in my journey. As a student in the small city of Lucknow, I was active within the debating, theatre and student leadership teams, while staying comfortably afloat on the academic front.

My name is Lalit Tiwari and I hail from the devbhoomi of Uttarakhand. My association with Arvind sir and Pramod sir goes back several years, when I joined the Career Plan North India Campus Centre in Delhi. I was part of the first batch of MBA aspirants there. Being a small batch, we had a close relationship not only amongst the students, but also with our two mentors, the counselor Roohee Mam and Mahi, the office boy.
Hello! My name is Saurabh and I am currently working with an IT Company at Mohali as Head - HRBP. I am here to share my journey over the last 12 of years, from a young teenager to where I am today. I dreamt of becoming a successful HR Professional, however when I passed out from my Post Graduation in 2008, the market conditions were not favourable due to which my entire batch didn’t get any Campus placement opportunity.
