Promoted by IIT and IIM alumni with decades of senior level experience in renowned companies, and with a team of equally eminent and experienced trainers from industry and the defence forces, the mission of The Winning Mantra is to improve the placement quality of universities, engineering colleges, business schools and other professional degree institutions by enhancing employability of graduate and post-graduate students. We undertake consultancy to revamp placement services of progressive institutes and train students to improve their employability. We have 15 years of experience in training over 20,000 students in close to 50 institutes/universities.
Our training programs are custom-designed to suit the proficiency level of students and the specific placement related challenges faced by the institutes. All our trainers have extensive industry experience across several verticals, in technical, managerial and leadership roles. They have conducted thousands of job interviews, ranging from fresh talent on campuses to senior management hires in the corporate world.
