Col. Amaninder Singh Bedi (Retd.)
Aman is a seasoned Learning and Development Consultant and Trainer with 21 years with The Indian Army and eight years of corporate exposure.
He is a Certified Coach, Certified Master Trainer and Facilitator and MA in Psychology. His last assignment was with Contata – a US based IT company as Head Operations with independent charge of their ITES vertical in Noida.
His other assignments include Director of Integrated Management College, New Delhi and Operations Head with Harvel Aqua India Pvt Ltd - an Indo Spanish Joint Venture. He is also on the advisory board of DEEKSHA, an environmental NGO. Dedicated to improving an individual’s personal performance in his personal or professional environment, Aman has developed an approach to learning which is both practical and dynamic.
This coupled with the skills and experience gained from Managing Training over various organisations, means that Aman brings an organizational perspective to all learning and facilitated events.
