Arvind Kumar
Arvind Kumar, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore, is the promoter cum director of The Winning Mantra. He has nearly 35 years of experience in the public sector and private companies of Tata and Reliance groups.
In his role as the Training and Development Head and as HR Head of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., he took many initiatives to create training infrastructure, develop internal trainers and conduct innovative technical training programs, behavioural training and leadership development for over 10000 employees of the company.
He steered many business critical change management programs in these companies. Arvind Kumar has authored several articles on problem solving, group discussions and personal interviews. Having been on the selection panels of several well-known companies and B-Schools, he has a rich experience of assessing candidates for recruitment in companies and admission to B-Schools. He has also helped many leading organizations in improvement of their recruitment cum selection processes.
